The Land Degradation Unit of the Jamoat Noury Vakhsh conducted the first information campaign among the leaders of mahhala councils and Jamoat staff on 12 April 2008. FSCI took part in the event with the purpose to help and monitor the information campaign.

← FSCI translated the instruction manual “Bringing Sustainability into the Classrooms” for the teaching to the basics of Sustainable Development in secondary schools and a brochure on “Earth Charter” from Russian into Tajik. These documents were presented at the national ecological training seminar of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Tajikistan on 9 April 2008. These documents can be found on the FSCI website in the “Publication” section.
