Consecutive session of the Intergovernmental Commission on Sustainable Development of Central Asian Countries took place on 14-16 November 2007 in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan.

Members of the Public Council with the Commission were invited to the session. The Public Council plays a role of a consultative and advisory body of the Commission. It represents an association of civic community members of Central Asian countries and reflects their approach on the realization of strategies, programs and plans related to environmental protection and sustainable development at the Commission sessions. FSCI chairperson, selected as the member of the Public Council board on behalf of Tajikistan, participated in the sessions.
