A process “Environment for Europe” was discussed at the sixth European conference of the Ministers of Environment that took place in Belgrade, Serbia, on 10-12 October 2007

The 6th conference of European Ministers of Environment was devoted to evaluating the realization of the decisions made at the fifth Conference of Ministers in Kiev in 2003. Creation of a partnership and discussion of the future development of the process was also addressed at the conference. The process “Environment for Europe”, which involves all European and former Soviet countries, is a unique forum for collaboration and consistency on environmental issues and ecological policy on the European continent. A member of FSCI participated in the sixth conference of European Ministers of Environment, as a representative of the Tajikistan’s non-government sector.
