The new project «The Water Doctrine» has started in the Central Asia

The International Conference «Improvement of water resources management for sustainable development in the Central Asia» took place in Dushanbe city on October, 9th 2008. At the conference the exchange of opinions and vision of water management in the Central-Asian region took place. The presentation of the project “Water Doctrine” of the Central Asia has been made. Representative of FSCI has taken part in the work of conference and in the debates under reports.
