Informational workshop of Tajik non-governmental organizations took place in Dushanbe city on 27 December 2007. The following three Tajik NGOs were the organizers of this workshop: Youth Eco-Center, For Earth and Foundation to Support Civil Initiatives (FSCI).
There was a lot of interactive discussions and reporting at the workshop related to the programs and projects of the three NGOs. The workshop was aimed at making the first step in creating an informal fully operational “Green Club” for NGOs. The main goal of the “Green Club” is two-fold: to exchange experience and information; to create a partnership and consolidate public non-governmental environmental organizations as well as activist groups in Dushanbe and other regions in the country.
