Ecological estimation of the project of Road Rehabilitation Project: Dushanbe – Rasht – Kyrgyz border, 3-d phase (October-November 2006)

3-d phase of rehabilitation of boundary road Dushanbe – Kyrgyz Republic is carried out within the framework of the technical help of the Asian Development Bank (АDB). Executive Agency of the project is the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Tajikistan. The purpose of technical help of ADB is the help to the Tajik Government to prepare the corresponding project on rehabilitation of boundary road Dushanbe – Kyrgyz Republic for the subsequent financing on conditions of the tender. The project assumes the help in economic development, reduction in poverty and in increase of transboundary transport streams.

Head of FSCI has been involved for carrying out of ecological estimation of the 3-rd phase of restoration of the road assumed to a construction.
