National Policy Dialogue on Integrated Water Resources Management (IWRM) in Tajikistan in the frame of European Union Water Initiative

National Dialogue, organized by the Ministry of Land Reclamation and Water Resources of the Republic of Tajikistan, was held on 16 March 2011. The initiators of the dialogue has become a Multi-sectoral Steering Committee, comprising representatives of the leading ministries and departments concerned with conservation, distribution and use of water resources. Much attention was paid to the invitation to a dialogue known for his activism on water issues in international organizations, the European Union and the United States accredited to Tajikistan.
