On June, 11-13th, 2008 the Third Meeting of Parties of the Aarhus Convention took place in Riga, Latvia

Under aegis of the European ECO-FORUM in Riga for three days forward Third Meeting of the Parties have gathered about 100 representatives of the nongovernmental organizations from 33 countries. The purpose of a meeting: to make demands concerning appropriate performance and further development of the Aarhus Convention. These requirements have been presented in the Riga application of the European ECO-FORUM. Representative of FSCI has taken part in work of the ECO-FORUM.
