PROFFESIONAL SUMMARY
Last position – Director of the National Institute of refinancing of micro financial organizations in the Republic of Tajikistan - CJSC MDO « Bovari va Hamkori». Rustamova is a graduate from two universities with excellent grades: a Math faculty of Dushanbe State Pedagogical University and a Law Faculty of Tax and Law University of the Republic of Tajikistan. She has an extended management experience in micro finance sector.
She is acknowledged by GIZ and Association of micro finance organization of Tajikistan (AMFOT) as an “Effective manager of year 2007”, she was awarded by a special prize of AMFOT for “Input and development of association in year 2008”. In 2013 honoured first prize of National Association of Managers and Marketing specialists in nomination “Business – lady of Tajikistan” and was named among top 10 head managers of the country in year 2012.
Rustamova is an Initiator and organizer of establishment of AMFOT and was selected as a member of Board of Directors of Association for many years. She has a working experience in Government agencies, Parliament and Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan. Received comprehensive specialized training in School of Frankfurt “Finance and Management”, in courses of ILO, MFC (Poland), BFC, IFC, GARP, World Bank, Asian Development Bank and National Bank of Tajikistan.
Rustamova is a certified trainer of ITC ILO, trainer- expert and consultant MFC, CEFE/GIZ, and author of the program for professional training of loan specialists.
Conducted more than 100 educational courses for staff of micro finance organizations of Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan by the request from MFC, ILO, IOL, and AMFOT on the subjects:
