For the first time during of existence of Public Council of the Republic of Tajikistan at its next session which was taken place on July 17th 2009, questions of ecological safety of Tajikistan have been lighted and lifted. Chairman of Public Council of the Republic of Tajikistan is the President of the Republic E.Rahmon.

Discussions and acceptance of recommendations on observance of ecological safety of the Tajikistan have been brought in the beginning of 2009 in the program of Public Council sessions by the member of Public Council, Chair of FSCI. Recommendations under the report “Ecology and Sustainable Development of Tajikistan” on behalf of the Public Council of RT are presented to the Machinery of President, Presidium of the Supreme body, to the interested state organizations of the country.
